In short
Your play stays yours. No accounts, no ads, no tracking and no analytics, and nothing you do in Shatter Punch is sent to us unless you email us a problem report. If you're signed in to Game Center, your PowerPlay scores and achievements go to Apple's Game Center. If you connect Apple Health, your Apple Watch calories are shown on Home and never leave your Apple Vision Pro.
What stays on your Apple Vision Pro
Your Campaign progress (kept separately for each Game Center player), best scores, collection, workout tally (kept about 13 months), the times you played today and yesterday (so the Watch figure covers only your play), your settings, and a technical log of the last three launches with any crash diagnostics from Apple's system (kept 30 days). None of it is sent to us, and deleting the app deletes it, apart from any copy in your device's backups, such as iCloud Backup.
Your hands and your room
Hand tracking sees your punches. World sensing finds your floor and, in Your room, your furniture, walls and the shape of the room, and your position is used to aim the throws at you. All of this is processed on your device while you play: the game never receives camera images and keeps no record of your hands or your room. The technical log holds only numbers, such as punch speeds, floor height and distances to surfaces, never pictures, and it leaves your device only if you attach it to a problem report.
Apple Health and Apple Watch
Only if you tap Sync with Apple Watch on Home and allow it, the game reads one kind of Health data: the active energy (calories) your Apple Watch recorded while you played today, and shows it on Home. It reads nothing else, writes nothing to Health, doesn't keep what it reads, never shares it, and never uses it for advertising. You can turn it off any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
Game Center
If you're signed in, your Endless PowerPlay scores on Medium and Hard go to Apple's leaderboards under your Game Center name, and your achievements and your progress toward them go to Game Center. Anything that can't be sent yet waits on your device until it can. In Guest mode (Settings), nothing is sent to Game Center and no progress, scores, collection or workout is saved. Game Center is run by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.
Problem reports and dictation
Report a problem opens an email to [email protected] in your mail app, and nothing is sent until you press Send. It includes what you write, the app and visionOS versions, your device model, your Campaign level and room setting and, if you leave Include diagnostics on, the technical log and crash diagnostics, which you can read first. Dictate, only if you tap it, turns your speech into text on your Vision Pro; your voice isn't recorded or sent. We use reports only to fix problems and reply to you, never sell or share them, and delete them when they're no longer needed or when you ask.
Crash statistics from Apple
If you share analytics with app developers in your Vision Pro's settings, Apple may give us crash reports and usage statistics for Shatter Punch, without your name or anything that identifies you.
Children
Shatter Punch isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If a child has emailed us, let us know and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You're in control: hand tracking (needed to play), world sensing (needed for Your room) and Apple Health can each be turned off in your Vision Pro's settings, and deleting the app deletes everything it stored. For anything you've emailed us, just ask and we'll show, correct or delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the game will show it to you again. The date at the top shows the last change.
